Maths is one of the subjects which students aren't interested or get bad result ,students feed bored as early as they're in the primary school .Pupils have nothing to do but study it unwillingly although it's difficult(Education committee in Hong Kong,1997).Ss repeat the years work, discontinuing learning because of the low scores, abandon maths, dislike Maths ,etc.At present, parents , schools, including the work society have the hope of children learning Maths well, no matter how bored it is ,Ss have no choice but to try to study it in vain, the period of adoptive education is the most serious disengagement of Ss'maths learning ,not only for those who have bad results but also for those whose maths score are higher ,they aren't into Maths at all.So they don't take active part in the activities in class ,in fact without real Participatory environment in Maths class.Ss' Participation is the exact form of the living condition and crystllization of Ss Value of study ,thinking methods, active participating, emotion participation ."What did the pupils says ? How to say ? How to do it ? Why did they say ? Why did they do so ?" Under the guidance of the teacher in the environrnent of class".This research aims at explaining and making the relations hip clear betueen teachers and they pupils ,that is ,the living condition and existed conditionof Ss'participation in class,the series of the theory have an effect on teachers'teaching ,the explanation of the relality is the human corcern ,the logical thoughts of teaching ,the vivid exposion ,the reminder of the method decision.This research is adopted to the study of essence and statistics analysis, the research of essence is material in natural condition,to study the social phenoment in total .Using incorporation , analysis,to for the theory .Using the acting in class between T and I to explain and understand the action .(Chen Xiangming ,2003:13).The research of ersence is aimed at advocating the Participating of ersearch condition researchers have common participatory emotions with the opposite side ,fact the fact ,the course of Participation . In the method of statistics alalysise,using self Ware Spss to give detailed description and analysis.The author chose He Zhen county 8 Primary school in Lin Xia as the main field of research .In April ,2005 the author began the research ,the important activities are listening to the lecture by their Ts,then Using explaining courses, comments or class,advice ,thought level and standard prored quickly ,making the level improved in this region,the research time lasted a year and 2months ,24 maths teachers and Ss from 7 to 10 are my research side, form the whole to miscellaneous ,from statistics to incorporation.During this course ,The author's obseration and analysis focus on 3 aspects:the forming of question chains ,seek knowledge and feeding back.All of the above are using the research method of essence ,the third one is used statistics analysis.In the course of the question chains ,the Maths teachers use questions to lead in and espress the main idea of the lesson.With help of action motivated,strengthen Ss'study interests and develop the energetics of Maths learning,ambiguous Ss., Childish Ss and understanding Ss are formed .In secking knowledge fields ,Ss ask and answer questions with heuristic method ,seek and communicate,team work ect.Giving Ss the pleasure and fun in learning,strengthen their confidence .During the feeding back ,Ss are involed involed in Maths by vistening ,speaking ,reading ,writing and thinking .Their Maths thought will grow gradually,to form the foundation based on researchers themselves,collecting materials from lectures,comments, records and research Paper,the collection and proposal is couse form green to study further ,during the investing and interview of the assignments and study result.The author found that from Grade 1to Grade 5 in this region ,their maths scores reduce the "Natural phenonem" accrding to this, The author investigated 3 schools,including 2 primary schools in KangLe county,one school in YongJing county ,as the result of the investigation. Naturalphenomen"apears,although it's beyond this research.The author carried on interviewing and investigation ,to put foruard this opinions about the importance to strenghthen the obility of the counting numbers,thinking methods ,besides this ,it's the collegues who would like to do this research.The author wish more teachers ,including ones in other regions can trance the problem and do research—it's the author's best wishes.Ss are effected by 2 aspects,ie.intelligence or non-intelligence,the former effects the metal individual and unmental individual ,the later effected by families,teachers and society,as with Children in Low Grade, their mental and physical development are affected by many aspects. In a word ,teachers play an important roal in classroom teaching ,so the author focus on the participation of the Ss in Low Grade.
