As the increasingly deepening of the new curriculum reform, the educational instruction in our primary and middle schools are broadening their demand of multimedia info resources. The practice of the new curriculum reform has proved that if there are not the support of adequate, high available info curriculum resources, the new curriculum could not be carried out at all yet the new curriculum idea must be reflected by proper info resources which must be instructed and supported by advanced educational and instructional theories. As the ruling theory of the new curriculum constructivism theory is bound to be basic theory conducting the exploration and of construction of information resources. Regarding our constructional situation of info resources on a large scale at present, although the amount of resources are huge, they cannot satisfy the new curriculum reform, as a result of the lack of instructional theory guiding and systematical explorative design, especially the severe deficiency of excellent multimedia info resources which emphasize learning.The study of this subject takes constructivism learning theory and multimedia learning theory as theory foundation, the point is design and exploration of multimedia study resources which is suitable to study needs of primary are middle school student. By means of document reading: product investigation, experiment research comparative analysis and so on, author has explored following aspects of multimedia study resources and based on constructive study, listed as functional characteristics, explorative principle, means classification and constructive design procedure of counterpart resource store and so on. In the study of this subject , author put high emphasis on conjunction of theory and practice, at the same time when analyzing constructivism study theory and corresponding study theory ,teaching theory deeply ,the author also display and analyze large amount of typical resource exploration cases. Therefore, the study of this subject not only shed certain guidance on the exploration of multimedia learning resource store, also processes practical value of operational usage.
