Despite many controversies, the guiding ideology of constructivism itself is reflected in the teaching and learning are of far-reaching significance, which is not questioned. In current education structure, constructivism is emphasized. Emphasizing the Situatedness of study is a main line from start to finish of constructivism, and when we think about how to reform the educational system and address education issues, more eyes to the creation of learning environment is essential.The theory of "grounded learning environments" integrating constructivism into the learning environment design principles organically, thus providing a better blueprint for the design of learning environment; It is Jonassen's CLE models exploits a try for the creation of a meaningful learning; It is "Jasper project" which is thought-provoking shows the learners in learning environment who enjoy happiness and thus inspires the practice and exploration in effective learning and knowledge transference."Any learning activities are taking place in specific learning environment." This article intends to advance some new insights for the design and implementation of learning environment, based on the in-depth understanding with the constructivism, the analysis of the theories and models which infecting the design of learning environment, the impersonal evaluation of Jasper project, the experience and lessons of Jasper.The ultimate goal of learning environment design is to innovate traditional school teaching, to structure a learning community between school and society, thus allowing the study of learners to be able to close to the community, to become more meaningful. Of course, in this process of social learning community structures will encounter many challenges which need us profound introspection.
