A Survey On Dormitory Management Moral Education In Vocational School

Due to the deep reform in socialism economic constitution, political constitution and vocational education, vocational schools are facing new tasks and demands to improve their moral education in dormitory management. Thus, moral education practitioners must actively explore and study the newly-discovered problems and situations in hopes of exploiting new methods and approaches for dormitory management moral education. After a systematic study of the existing achievement in this area, the author integrated his own working practice into the present research and reaches the study result under the help of his supervisor.As to the question how should we improve the moral education efficiently in dormitory management under the particular historical background of economic globalization and economic transformation so as to accomplish the historical important task to cultivate skilled professionals with high and comprehensive quality, as moral educators, we must face the work practice of the vocational education, such as the mental practice. This paper takes the concrete practice as its basis, proses an eye on new practice, pays close attention to new challenges and problems, and combines the reform of vocational education. It can be divided into three parts: the first part presents an overview of the dormitory management in vocational education, the second part states the reflection to the practice and the last part discusses the possible improvement to the existing problems. The whole paper starts with the importance and the function of moral education in the dormitory management. Then, it analyses the history and present situation. Finally, the author illustrates its personal view of the improvement. From the point view of the scientific concept of development and according to the particular problems existing, the author also gives corresponding strategies and rational reflections.
