The Study Of Student’s Dormitory Safety Management In Higher Vocational Colleges In The New Period

Education is the root of one nation, and students are the centre of the education. College students are the focus of the whole society and country. At the new period for high education, my research concentrated on the management of students’dormitory safety, which is combined with the trend of the higher vocational colleges’ development, especially the characteristics of the students, majors and levels of employment. Higher vocational colleges are facing both chances and challenges, which has brought huge pressure for the school dormitory management.The construction of higher vocational college students’dormitory safety management as an important part of building university campus safety management, it has both the basic features of the university campus safety management, but also the uniqueness of higher vocational colleges and the particularity of the students’ dormitory security management. And in the process of its socialization, it even has the color of the society as well as the business culture. Students’ dormitory is an important part of the campus safety management and the construction of a harmonious society. Higher vocational college students’ dormitory safety management should be comprehensive, which is based on this essential environment, focuses on higher vocational colleges in higher vocational college students, and concerns the dormitory safety management, including the substance, spirit, system and culture of dormitory management.Given that neither books nor articles about the comprehensive study in this area can be available, the paper is about to have a research with the topic" safety management in higher vocational college students’ dormitory in the new period", search for the causes and explore the approaches and principals for solving the problem in order to instruct the practical students management.The thesis consists of four parts. The first part is introduction, which illustrated the background, significance, literature review, research methods and innovations from four aspects. The second part is the statement about the overview, connotation, specialty function of the student dormitory safety management. The third part is mainly about the current state of students’ dormitory safety management and analysis of the problem from four aspects involving society, school, family and individual. The forth part is about to propose a solution from a practical point of view as to enhance students’ dormitory safety management in vocational colleges.
