The high development of modern science and technology causes the human society to have the great change. On the one hand people fully enjoy the achievements of the material civilization progress and the rationality is made widely known; On the other hand the mammonism is in vogue, the humanities spirit appears the serious crisis. Specially appeared the spirit in the reforming time young people void, the young people are at a loss .They underrat life. At the same time, they are self-willed. Under such background, the society and the educational circles take positive measures to deal with it. The curriculum reforms is one of important action. The curriculum reforms the biggest luminescent spot is "the humanities" is decided as the language the basic attribute. The Ministry of Education in 2003 draws up "the Ordinary High school Language Curriculum Standard (Experiment)", it explicitly to point out "the tool and the humanity unification, is the language curriculum essential feature". Zhuang-zi is one of Taoism representatives, his prose is filled with humanity factors, such as freedom, equality, independence, harmony and so on, which are effective prescriptions for modern middle-school students' humanity flaw. This article will discuss how to excavate the humanity factors of the Zhuang-zi's prose and implement them in the middle school language teaching. Showing the language's humanity and raising the humanity accomplishment of middle-school students .The text is divided into five parts to carry on the elaboration. The introduction elaborats the background of the article and the argument angle. which foreshadows the following contents. The first chapter elaborates "the humanity" and its limit in the contemporary language linguistic environment. Through explaining the humanity in curriculum standard and inspecting the word "humanity". I attempts to make the limit of "the humanity" in the contemporary language linguistic environment. The second chapter elaborates the comparison at the humanity in Zhuang-zi prose and the humanity accomplishment of the current middle-school student. This chapter mainly excavates the humanity factors in the Zhuang-zi prose. In his prose , he shows loving care for the life, the individuality, and other thoughts, which will help to raise the humanity accomplishment.
