The thesis investigates a new pattern to have the reading education which pulls modem narratology into it. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is to define reading education. The write defines the education as a process - the process to have a conversation between the teachers and the students under special culture atmosphere. And it describes current situation as well. It indicates three different situations of reading education nowadays and analyzes the reasons which cause the former two. The second part is to point out the four abuses in modern popular reading education ideas. The teachers are always pursuing novelty excessively, overusing multimedia, trending to give a research project on the texts or separating the education from the texts. All of them are changing Chinese education into nonverbal meaning education in brief. In this part, the writer point out the way to solve those problems. The third part analyzes the application and effect of the narrator theory in reading teaching. The fourth part expounds the application and effect of the narration point and attitude during the teaching process. The fifth part is about the application and effect of narration structure. The writer is trying to use these analysis methods to help the students open their eyes to know the inner structure and arouse their interests in the works themselves instead of focusing on the social history. It will help Chinese reading education come back to the text and perfect it, which make the teaching process more integrated. The key of the thesis is the analysis of narration structure. It hopes the readers will pay attention to both structure analysis and text details on the basis of analyzing narration structure.
