The cooperate learning is a kind of teaching theory and strategy fullof creativity and real effects; it is also a most important way for seniorschool students to learn biology; it is fundamental to learning biology.Currently, due to the lack of research of cooperating learning ofteaching, it hasn’t played a good enough part. Based on the thoroughstudy of cooperate learning in teaching biology and the features of thissubject, I carry on open practice of exhibition cooperate learningresearch in class teaching of senior high school, investigate in keepingwith the cooperate learning strategy. This topic emphasizes the role ofteacher in adjusting the cooperate learning.How can teachers adjust the cooperating learning? It can split uptwoprocesses: adjust before class and in class. The former refers tochoosing the proper contents of learning, increase students’awareness of the importance of the cooperating learning, conductstudents to cooperate learning. Adjusting in class majors in rectifyingdeviations, removing misunderstanding, preventing stage waiting,controlling noises and changing troublesome students and so on.developing students’ self-adjusting is achieved by conducting studentsto comment through individuals and groups.My teaching practice shows that if teachers can use the adjustingstrategy efficiently, it will help students achieve good marks, arose theirinterest in learning biology, increase their awareness and skills ofcooperating. However, it is very important for teachers to chooseproper materials, otherwise, there won’t be any effect no matter howwell teachers perform in class.
