To analyze and report the quality of Preparing-lesson is an operable and effectual system. This system can conform to the reform of new curriculums and teaching, and reconstruct the connotation of Preparing-lesson and Preparing-lesson management. Its goal is to solute the universal problems in preparing-lesson, such as: the time of Preparing-lesson can not be safeguarded, the collective-preparing-lesson can not be effectively come into operation, the check for preparing-lesson becomes formalization, the teachers write the teaching plan just for inspected and they attach more importance to the quantity than the quality. Through various inspection channels for preparing-lesson, the quality of preparing-lesson can be dynamically grasped. Moreover, through the analysis strategy of combining movement with still and the reporting system of focusing on more aspects, the problem of preparing-lesson a lesson can be discovered and the methods of improving the quality of preparing-lesson can be found. Its basic goal is to improve the quality of preparing-lesson, entirely promote the teachers' understanding for preparing-lesson, enhance the teachers' ability of preparing-lesson and specialty quality through the school teaching management.In the need of reform and develop, the case school named X tried the reform for controlling the quality of preparing-lesson, carried out the system of analyzing and reporting the of quality preparing-lesson in 2003. On one hand, this system improved the present situation of preparing-lesson among the school teachers, advanced the reform of new curriculums implementation and teaching experiment. On the other hand, this system also had some problems, such as: the tradition idea of preparing-lesson still existed, the quality of preparing-lesson didn' t be improved in essentially, the quality monitoring wasn' t enough, the connotation of analyzing and reporting the quality of preparing-lesson was still insufficient.The deep causes which account to the above questions are that the problems while carrying out the system of analyzing and reporting the quality of preparing-lesson have not been effectively solved.
