The efficiency of teachers' teaching includes the efficiency of preparing lessons,giving lessons,planning for homework and tutoring,and so on.Teachers' preparing lessons is the premise and foundation of achieving the efficiency of giving lessons,and promoting the efficiency of planning for homework and tutoring.Nowadays,because people promote teacher's professional development and carry out the development of students' key competencies,it is more and more important for teachers to prepare lessons.In recent years,with the penetration of the idea of cooperation,scholars attach more and more importance to the research of teacher's development which is influenced by teachers cooperation culture.However,until now,there is no specific research about blending cooperation culture into teachers'behavior of preparing lessons.Therefore,based on the angle of cooperation culture,this article thinks about how to improve the behavior of teachers' preparing lessons from a brand new angle.So that teachers can improve the capability of preparing lessons.This article mainly uses the methods of documents,questionnaire survey and case study.On the one hand,this article intends to help primary teachers understand connotation of cooperation culture,and the importance of cooperation.Thereby,teachers can build positive cooperation relationship between themselves.On the other hand,by means of the survey of current behavior of primary teachers' preparing lessons,we can put forward effective improving strategies.We hope it can encourage primary teachers to improve the behavior of preparing lessons.By research,we find it is not satisfying of the current situation about primary teachers' cooperation in preparing lessons.There are mainly following problems in it.First is about teachers' themselves,which means the shortage of education idea,the insufficiency of education theory,the despise of self development,the prevalence of take-ism,the lack of cooperation awareness.These are the subjective factors which makes preparation for lessons unsatisfactory.Second is about the teachers'environment,which means the factor of school's management system,the factor of workload,the factor of group atmosphere.They are the objective factors which make that teachers could not improve their preparation for lessons effectively.Based on the survey of current situation and the analysis of causes,starting from the reality,by the principles of reference and self-creation,theory and practice,I put forwards some improving strategies from the aspects of management manners,organization manners,classroom observation manners,learning from each others manners,reflection manners of preparing lessons.I also combine large amounts of living examples.
