In the process of the second creative development of private college, how to establish a relative and characteristic teachers' salary system has become an important project on the management of private college teachers. The thesis aims to emphasize on the research on the economic salary of full-time teachers in private college, with the private colleges in Jiangxi Province serving as the sample of the text. With the systematic analysis and research, it hopes to establish a kind of economic salary system or motivation system in order to control or lead the development and change about the work satisfactory degree of full-time teachers in the private college, and also to produce the act tendency or result, which is good for the organization. By way of the questionnaire and talk on the work (salary) satisfactory degree, the author finds that it is far from satisfaction, especially the salary system. It is of great necessity to establish the economic salary system. The author also finds that a kind of non-dominant psychological trouble exists among the full-time teachers in private college, which is in inverse proportion to the economic salary. In addition, according to the motivation theory, the author makes an improvement on the economic salary and motivation system for the private college and makes a plan for the detailed operation on the economic salary. Considering the present defect of the salary system, the author puts forward an imagination that the teachers be the stockholders of the private college, by making use of the theory of the shareholders in modern enterprise and the theory of the intellectual labor capitalism, and makes an analysis on the theoretical foundation, the qualification, ratio and program. The thesis manages to make a combination of the fundamental labor salary motivation and superior intellectual capital salary motivation and also puts forward some advice on the non-dominant psychological trouble that exists among the full-timel teachers in private college.
