With the continuous reduction of the students to attend college,the continuous enrollment of public colleges and universities,and the introduction of foreign institutions,the competition between the students of private colleges and universities is becoming more and more fierce.In the face of fierce competition,private colleges and universities must form their own strong core competitive ability.The formation o f the core competence depends on the overall level of the teacher.A stable and efficient team of teachers is the source of the core competitiveness and sustainable development of the private colleges and universities.How to motivate teachers of FR college,stabilize the faculty and build a high quality teacher team has become an important issue for the development of FR college.In the background of facing the transformation of applied universities and striving for the provincial first-class construction,combined with the actual situation of teachers in FR college,this paper applies incentive theory to study the incentive mechanism of FR Private College.Firstly from the incentive related theory,through the investigation and analysis of incentive situation of the full-time teachers in private FR college,this article mainly analyzes the problems and reasons of the incentive FR full-time teachers in private college.And it puts forward to create incentive mechanism to motivate the teachers that should pay attention to the particularity of FR college,followed by the four principles,i.e.,the people-oriented,fair competition and relative difference,the physical and spiritual incentive combination,and short-term and long-term incentives.By means of the research of this paper it is a useful exploration and provides some valuable references for the further optimization of local private university teachers' incentive mechanism.This article is concluded six sections: the firstsection is the introduction,briefly presented the topic research background and significance of the research;the second part is the relevant concepts and incentive theoretical basis;the third part is a survey on the implementation of the FR incentive mechanism of private colleges and universities;the fourth part is to analyze the problems and reasons of teacher's incentive mechanism in FR private colleges;the fifth part is the private FR college teachers incentive mechanism improvement strategy;the sixth part is the conclusions.
