The Problems On Promoting The School Level And The Discussion Of Countermeasure Of JiangXi Secondary Health Vocational Education

Content:The secondary health vocational education is a very important part of macroscopic medical education in our country. There are long-standing differences between the medical and the educational department as to the location on its development. This has seriously influenced the development of secondary health vocational education in our province. The author objectively analyzes the current situation and main problems by using documents researching, statistical analyzing and consulting methods; sets forth the necessity, possibility and countermeasure for promoting the school level of Jiangxi secondary health vocational education at theoretical and practical angles.The researches show that the medical training structure in our province is unreasonable and the school level is somewhat low. The education of higher nursing, pharmacy and related medicine is obviously insufficient. With the transformation of medical pattern and the deepening of the national medical system reforms, now the secondary health vocational education in our province can't adapt to the development of economy and society. It is very urgent to promote the school level and expand the teaching scale of nursing, pharmacy and other medical subjects from the faculty level.For this reason the author puts forward some relative countermeasure and proposals: the government should put the health vocational education into the overall plan of economic and society development; finish the forecast and plan of medical human resources; announce the information to guide development of medical education. The government ought to construct the funds input system and the enterprises and individuals should participate and share. Our province should work out the budget fund standard for every student and ensure the input of funds; build complete and independent health vocational education system linked to general higher education. Schools should introduce teachers through various channels; consummate the teachers' continuing education system; and vigorously train the teachers to be doctors as well.The researches can help to consummate and promote the sustained and healthy development of the medical education system, improve the structure of medical staff in our province.
