Jiangyin Area Secondary Vocational School Physical Education And Health Curriculum Teaching Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Physical Education and Health course is the basic one in secondaryvocational schools. If directly influence the health of vocational schoolstudents, and even social labour quality, economical benefit and thespeed of economical development. Because of the impact oftraditonal and uncultured notions in vocational schools, it is difficult forteaching target, content, methodology and appraising of physicaleducation and health course to adapt to the need of the vocationaleducation in Jiangyin City. It is imperative to establish a curriculumsystem with the present vocational education.The author of this thesis adopts some researching methods such asliterature information, questionnaire investigation, filed survey andsymbolic statistics, this thesis makes a systematic study of Physicaleducation and health course of several Jiangyin secondary vocationalschools. Finally, the author has come to some conclusions as follows:1)Students’ attitude to Physical Education incorrect and their climbconsciousness of health influences their effect of learning.2) Studentshave much bewilderment on the Present methodology of PhysicalEducation.3) The standpoints of major teachers can’t follow thedevelopment of ideology of vocational education.4) The Coursecontent doesn’t match well the teaching aim of Physical Educationand Health course in Secondary Vocational Schools.5) The poorconditions of Physical Education in Vocational Schools limit the normaldevelopment of Physical Education.On the bases of this study, thispaper puts forward some countermeasures to the reform anddevelopment of Physical Education in vocational schools of Jiangyincity:1) Change and improve students’ notions of Physical Educationand Health, and develop their interest in Physical Education.2)Practically develop their own appraising system.3) Teachers take an active in all kinds of training, improve their ability.4) Allow teachers tochoose schoolbooks independently according to the characteristics oftheir schools.5) Plough a more sum into the area of Physical Education,improve the teaching environment and put forward the course building...
