Study On Evaluation System Of Amicable Housing

With the development of China's urbanization and economic, the interpersonal affection among families, neighborhoods and society was becoming more and more apathic. This caused a series of social problems, so far as to being a great important factor that weakened the social mode and cohesion. The point of this paper is that,to alleviate and solve this problem in the aspect of urban planning and residential construction, building amicable housing is the way that can enhance the affection mentioned above, then proceed to the next step can promote the harmonious development of the society. But at the present time, there was no systemic theory of amicable housing.First in this paper, the existing state of the study in the world and the relative theories of the amicable housing were introduced. Next the connotation and denotation of amicable housing was annotated. In the paper it was pointed out that amicable housing could be partitioned into three sections which the implement and evaluation of amicable housing was carry out by. These sections in turn are family section, neighborhood section and community section. Later on, the methods to build amicable housing on these sections were discussed, and some important remarks were given. On family section, more attention was paid on the analysis of house's structure and function. On other sections, overall environments such as communication, space and psychology were emphasis of the study.Whereas there was no implement and evaluation method of amicable housing, in this paper, the evaluation system was build on the basis of the discussion in foregoing chapters, its evaluation indexes include three criterion hierarchies which are family criterion hierarchy, neighborhood criterion hierarchy and community criterion hierarchy. In every criterion hierarchy, there are nine standard hierarchies underneath, and final total are twenty-seven indexes. According to expert's scores of these indexes, the weight coefficient was calculated by using AHP method so that the evaluation system was established. In the last part of this paper, according to the system, two residential district was evaluated by using fuzzy appraisal method, the corresponding quantify data and qualitative rank were obtained. This result appeared equivalent inter-scorers reliability and validity.
