The Research Of The Dietetic Consumption From The Point Of View Of Regionally Culture

More and more attentions are paid to a good many extravagant phenomena, which act as the disharmonious notes in the harmonious society, in the field of consumption under the background of construction of conservation-oriented society in China. In this study, the reason for the severe lavish phenomena of catering in Heilongjiang province was attempt to be explained in the lay of culture and the approach to it was tried to be explored. The qualitative research methods of non-participant survey and deep case study were introduced and multifarious factors resulting in catering waste in concrete"scene"were sawed about in this paper taking an example of Harbin.In this study, the paper on the assumption that the regional culture acts on the consumption patterns was evolved in the view of regional culture and arranged according to the effect among each factor. First, the influence of regional culture on the consumption patterns was elucidated and the interactions between the regional culture and consumerism were analyzed. The regional culture discrepancy and impact of the occidental consumerism on traditional notion were taken into account in the research. Secondly, the indwelling relation between regional culture in Heilongjiang Province and catering consumption patterns were resolved through the description of consumption behavior and catering characteristic in Harbin. The third, the potential influence of monstrous culture on the consumption behavior with public money was penetrated by analyzing the dense history of official standardized consciousness, which is the reflection of effect of regional culture on the regional consumption patterns. Finally, the deep evil of catering lavish and existing consumption patterns was opened out and a concrete suggestion for solving problem was tried to be given.The study indicates that the extravagant phenomena in consumption field are not only influenced by the traditional regional culture but also the interaction between regional culture and consumerism which pricking up the non-rational action and resulting in much more severe squander.
