Aimed at the professional football clubs participating in China Football Super League and A-league, using the methods as documentation, questionnaire, expert interview, data statistics and comparative analysis, and the related theories as economics, marketing and management, the analysis was given on the concept, features, and the forming causes of the managing consistence of the professional football clubs in China, moreover, the advantages, disadvantages, chances and threats of this managing consistence. Taking the advanced managing experience of the foreign professional sports clubs as reference, by using the domestic football clubs'running theories and strategies befitting the current the situation of China, the solutions were explored theoretically to provide some valuable decision-making reference and theoretical instructions, so as to assist in improving the management level of professional football clubs and developing the football markets.The managing consistence of the professional football clubs is relative to the demand satisfaction of the interest proprietors, and to several investors who aimed at gaining some benefit. It is necessary to have some comparability in the function to provide some products and service (football games related products, service and so on) to satisfy the consumers (football fans). Those products and service can meet the satisfaction of the fans view and admire, and entertainment requirements. Consistence is the main feature performed during the managing process of Chinese professional football clubs, which can be found in the managing systems, marketing strategies, marketing methods, marketing contents, market classification, price strategies and benefit ways. The managing consistence of the professional football clubs in China has improved the competition platform --- the forming and prosperity of football market, and boosted the club professionalisation and aroused the motive of club innovation.
