Study On The Career Guidance Mode Of Undergraduate Students In China

Career guidance for undergraduates is the main issue for their career design and development. It is a key to cultivate students'consciousness of career design, career ethics and vocational skills. Helping students to realize their physical and psychological characteristics and the environmental factors and guiding them to make the correct job decision are the main goals of career guidance. Studying the mode of career guidance for undergraduates is significant to students, education and the whole society.Based on questionnaire investigation among 600 students of 6 universities in Tianjin and interviews with the teachers of career guidance centers of 5 univercities in Beijing, the paper analyzed the surveyed data and got the problems in the career guidance for undergraduates. The paper introduced the relevant theories and methods of career guidance and other countries'advanced experience for references to solve the problems.On the basis of the above content, the paper constructed the mode of the career guidance, including the organizational system, the social support system and the guidance procedures. Finally, the paper brought forward advisiable measures of administration of the mode.
