Study On Development Problems Of Higher Vocational Education In ZiBo City

On the basis of analyzing the background of higher vocational education, this thesis mainly investigated into its current status in Zibo City, analyzed those major problems and reasons that restrict its development, and then inquired into measures for guaranteeing its sustaining and healthy development, so as to provide certain reference basis for the city's educational administrative department to make correct mecrodecisions.The thesis includes four parts:Part 1 summarized the connotation and characteristics of higher vocational education, briefly introduced both the time-background of its emergence and the course of its development at home and abroad, discussed the advancement of modern economy and higher vocational education.Part 2 investigated the current status of Zibo City's higher vocational education, evaluated the developmental condition of Zibo City's higher vocational education, put stress on analyzing the principal problems and cause involved ,mastering the developmental status of Zibo City's higher vocational education.Part 3 with the reference of the current status and the development project of Zibo City's higher vocational education, analyzed the development trend and the contradictions facing in the development of this city's higher vocational education in the"Eleventh Five-Year"period.Part 4 put forward a series of measures such as changing the old concepts, clarifing the aims for higher vocational education and highlighting its special features, reinforcing the construction of both teaching teams and practice training bases, innovating patterns of educating, as well as strengthening the work regarding the job finding of the graduating students. For the same purpose, it was also suggested that local government shall intensify the control and regulating of its regional development of higher vocational education, and establish more strict system of vocational certificates and work admittance.
