Study On Countermeasures And Graduates Employment Problems For Zibo Vocational Institute

As an important part of the education system in China,higher vocational education provides a continuous talent support for the development of the social economy,and to a certain extent,alleviates the structural problems of the employment demand.However,in recent years,the employment problem of graduates from higher vocational colleges has been increasing,which has affected the normal development of the whole higher vocational education system.This paper has mainly adopted research approaches of literature survey and case study,taking Zibo Vocational Institute as an example.On the basis of summarizing the experiences of foreign advanced schools,this paper analyzes the existing problems of Zibo Vocational Institute in the field of students' employment,and makes an in-depth discussion on the factors that affect the employment of the students.The research finds that there are many factors that cause the difficulty in obtaining employment for students of Zibo Vocational Institute.The slow growth of regional economy and the transformation of industrial structure have affected students' employment to a certain extent.The college has not adapted to the trend of economic development,and the related specialties and curriculum have not changed accordingly.The employment guidance service is just a formality,which has further aggravated the problem of students' difficulty in employment.For students,the lack of a correct sense of employment,coupled with their comprehensive quality not meeting the requirements of enterprises,exacerbates the difficulty of normal employment.Therefore,in order to improve the employment situation of students in Zibo Vocational Institute,the school should start with the talent training program,teaching curriculum,teachers' team and employment guidance service,and strengthen the reform.Students should establish a correct concept of employment and improve their overall quality.The government and employers should coordinate with each other to jointly promote graduates' quality employment.
