In 2014,in order to fully implement the strategic decisions of both national fitness and health in China,to adapt the new normal of economic development,the State Council issued No.46 Document that upgraded the sports industry into a national strategy.This measure has indicated a new direction for the development of the sports industry,and added momentum for it.As the three main parts of the sports industry,training education,competition performance,fitness and entertainment are booming.As the core content,the training education always has highest economic value,and particularly rapid development speed.In the sports training industry,yoga is madly loved and pursued by urban people with its own unique advantages and benefits.Yoga is becoming more and more popular,so the supply of yoga coaches is not adequate to the demand,and training institutions boomed everywhere in a short time.The training for yoga coaches grows rapidly,and gradually becomes an integral part of the training industry.For gaining private interests,training institutions have almost no entry thresholds,resulting in uneven quality of yoga instructors,which seriously hinder the growing yoga market.In this paper,the yoga coach training institutions in Zibo cities were investigated and studied.On the one hand,it provides reference and reference for the standardized development of yoga coach training institutions in Zibo City,on the other hand,it provides reference and reference for the healthy development of yoga coach training institutions in other cities in China.The purpose of this paper is to overall improve the quality of yoga coaches in China and further promote the healthy and steady development of the yoga training industry.In this paper,the literature research,questionnaire surveys,interviews,mathematical statistics,and expert consultations were used to survey the status quo of yoga coach training market in Zibo from four aspects: training organization profile,training system,teachers,and yoga coaches.Then,it analyzed the problems existing in the training market,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures for government authorities and training institutions,while the results are as follows:1.The current yoga training market has the following characteristics:(1)There are not a large number of training institutions,mainly private,and Smaller but more expensivehave higher fees.Use social software to promote more.(2)The results of training goals are good,but these institutions lack hardware preparation and the yoga coaches are not very satisfied with the venues.(3)Although the training time and curriculum content are not standardized.There are two levels of training-junior high and tenure.(4)The training institutions lack professional internships,and their assessments,qualifications,and sources of teaching materials are not standardized.The entire yoga training market is in a chaos.(5)The gender structure and professional structure of yoga practitioners are irrational.Most of them graduate from specialty and undergraduate,and their purpose of yoga training is to improve their body health.(6)The overall quality of the trainers is higher and the income is higher than that of other job workers.(7)Most yoga coaches are young,they mainly select training institutions according to the tutors.2.The problems in the yoga coach training market in Zibo city: smaller training institutions;Incomplete hardware facilities;Simplified publicity methods;Short training time;High training costs;Incomplete curriculum content;Opportunities for practical teaching;Serious integration of exams;Unqualified qualifications Market management is in a state of chaos;Irrational structure of training instructors and yoga instructors.3.The corresponding development strategies for above problems are as follows.For government authorities: to promote cooperation between training institutions;to standardize the training costs;to improve the assessment system,separate the training and examination;to issue the qualification certification restrictions;to improve relevant laws and regulations,standardize the yoga coach training market;to optimize the yoga practitioner team structure.(2)For training institutions: to enrich the hardware facilities and service functions;to adopt a diversified advocacy method;to set times vary from person to person;to develop rational,comprehensive,and scientific curriculum contents;to set up special internship opportunities;and to improve the practitioner team structure.
