Study On Improvement Countermeasures And Present Circumstances For Student Overseas Studying Administration In Zibo Vocational Institute

With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of global integration,the flow of international students is becoming more and more frequent.Since China's reform and opening up,the students studying abroad have developed rapidly,and the number of students studying abroad has been the first in the world for many years.China has become the first source of foreign students in the United States,Canada,Australia,the United Kingdom and other countries.In recent years,China's vocational education is also booming rapidly.The number of vocational colleges and the number of students has accounted for half of China's higher education.Higher vocational college students studying abroad is an important measure to improve the quality of talent training in Higher Vocational Colleges.The paper studies the Chinese background of the development of studying abroad,the significance of developing students' studying abroad in higher vocational colleges.The author referred to the research literature of experts and scholars at home and abroad in this field.On this basis,this paper explains the research methods,points out the characteristics and the lack of research,lists the relevant concepts and theories of vocational college students' studying abroad and analyzes the basic situation and the trend of national vocational college students' studying abroad.Based on the author's practical work and investigation,this paper analyzes the status quo of students' studying abroad,points out the problems of the Institute in this work,systematically studies and analyzes the factors affecting students to study abroad in detail.Accordingly,this paper proposes some targeted measures from many aspects,such as the system and mechanism construction,the concept of school planning,to the training and publicity before leaving the country,etc.By doing this,the author hope to provide some reference and experience for the studying abroad work of vocational colleges.
