The Research Of Special Management Of Macao Undergraduate Student In Jinan University

The main propose of this article is to analyze the students of Jinan university in Macao regarding to their study environment, attitude and lifestyle. In order to analyze the secularity of management of the students, we choose to survey them through the interview and the questionnaire. Having analyzed the data, we divide the entire students into the different categories based on their culture, idealism, attitude, learning method and so on, so that we can understand them and differentiate them from the local students. And that is why the school needs to put out a special management method which bases on the student's curriculum and attitude, student organization, subject offered, teaching method, and the evaluation of management. To get a more significant management skill, we are concerned with the way we recruit a student, management skill, a practiced teaching method, and graduate career guidance.This article has given some examples to those students who originated from different culture, so that it can modify and improve the management skill to benefit local and foreign student and further acts as a reference.
