College Student Affairs Management System Innovation

College management of student affairs is an important aspect of management of the schools,which is the fundamental work of maintaining the normal teaching order,and ensuring the healthy growth of students.For A long time,the student affairs of higher colleges in China has been supervised by the state party and government together,that is very obvious of administration-oriented in education,the philosophy of administration management is very outdated,the quality of administrative persons can not keep up development with the times.With the advance of the popularization of higher education, the undergraduates are constantly changing,the old phlisophy and the system can not meet the requirements of the development of higher education.Therefore,it's too imperative of updating the concept of college student affairs administration,and reforming the system of student affairs management.The "Student-oriented" is a kind of administrative pholisophy,that can meet the needs of future management,especially the strend of university development.The student-oriented,is a phlosiphy based on meeting the needs of the students,that can develop the initiative and creativity of students, and promote the healthy growth of students.In order to achieve a real management of College Student Affairs based on people-oriented,it is necessary to establish a new management system of Student Affairs based on the "student-oriented" approach.In this paper,drawing on the success on the reform of administrative examination and approval system in China,and based on the experience of the development Center for Student Affairs inQingdao University,as an successful example of test,the writer want to establish a new management system of Student Affairs,that is suitable for almost colleges and universities amend the country.New management structure of Student Affairs is directed against the multi-sectoral participation,multi-site, the drawbacks of sharing data and so on,in the current management of Student Affairs,and would like to establish a "hall-style,one-stop system,ordered" management of the Student Affairs Center,in order to simpfify the procedures of handle the students' things,and improve the efficiency of colleges.The new system of student affairs management,Which provide students with convenient and efficient service,and stimulate the innovative spirit of students as the goal,following the principles of systematic,humane,service and scientific,promote the growth and talent of students.The purpose of this study:the First,enriching the theory of college student affairs management; the Second,providing the effective guidance for the practice of the student affairs management in colleges and universities.
