The Research Of Special Management Of HongKong Undergraduate Student In Jinan University

This article aims at the existing problems in management of HongKong students in Jinan University. Jinan University is the famous oversea school in China. And HongKong student is a numerous type of student. The effective management of HK students has an important meaning to the school administration of oversea students. Based on method and research, this article explores the different of HK students, such as: cultural backgrounds, concept of value, behavior method, study characteristics. Thereby, the school manages contents and teaching must be improved in various respects: student course constitution, behavior, the management for organizing, select elective courses system, teaching method, the character of student's evaluation. And gives some suggestion on recruit, administrative policy, practical teaching, reflecting the student's demand and expectation, get a position after graduation. This article will give some suggestion on managing students who are from different culture background. Helping school to improve the system of student's management, and help HongKong students to better develop.
