Guangxi Vocational Training Strategy Research

Reports from the 16th Communist Party's Congress explicitly point that "the state must strengthen the vocational education and training, develop continuing education, construct the lifelong education system, and increase the number of people with well-training, high innovation ability","accomplishes the special talented person which the counted by the 100 million high quality worker, ten million counts and one large quantities of pulls out the sharp innovation talented person". Vocational education, as one of the most popular and characteristics, is one of the best ways to deal with the shortage of tech workers with well training in China. In the process of the vocational education, how to establish a efficient strategy according to the local characters so as to achieve the great development of the vocational training has become a common problem in the study. Focus on Guangxi vocational training in this research is up to the following aspects:Guangxi is a less developed province in the southwest of China;There is a multi-nationality area in China, which has the representation in the southwest part.This research takes the Marxism principle and the sociological, the economic correlation theory as the guideline, carrying on qualitative and the quantitative analysis on the Guangxi vocational training situation, looking back the domestic and foreign experiences for drawing up a blueprint for the Guangxi vocational training strategy.The paper mainly includes four parts:The first part introduced this research topic originates, the research method and the research angle of view.The second part is on the vocational training theory and the domestic and foreign experiences.
