The Study Of Current Situation And Strategy Of Campus Football Talents Cultivation In Guangxi

In 2009, the State Sports General Administration joint the Ministry of education issued <youth campus football activities in nationwide notice>, began a nationwide promotion of primary and intermediate school campus football. In 2015, Office of the State Council issued the <overall plan Chinese football reform>, the Ministry of education, Sports Bureau and other 6 departments jointly issued <on accelerating the development of the implementation of the campus football among teenagers> in 2016. With the national football reform opportunity, intermediate school campus football has the fundamental position in the national football development, grasp the direction of policy, to build a new "combination" training mode to carry out the campus football talent training program. According to different regions, adjusting "campus football" training mode with local characteristics of adolescents’ football talents, improving the level of Chinese football is a major issue worthy of exploration and research.This study is using our youth campus football talent training mode as the research basis, the school sports management, scientific concept of development, TQM (total quality management) theory as the theoretical basis, to analyze the status of some cities and counties of Guangxi Province intermediate school football to carry out the research, dissect the problem that limit the wide west intermediate school campus football development, learn lessons from the domestic and foreign countries’ development experience, proposed to carry out the development path that has the character of Guangxi middle school football, culture Guangxi characteristics of football talent cultivation mode, solve problem of development of intermediate school campus football and provide scientific reference for the decision-making of relevant departments.
