The implementation of the "New Curriculums Reform", especially the adoption of the "Dialogue Theory" brings the reading teaching into a new era. However, since the "Dialogue Theory" has been newly adopted, many teachers are not able to understand its substance accurately, which caused many problems during their teaching practice. To avoid misuse of the "Dialogue Theory", to facilitate the research of it and finally to improve students' reading ability, this article strongly advocates the "Students- Context Dialogue" reading teaching style. Based on the contemporary research and teaching practice, this article plans to discover the practical form of the "Students-Context Dialogue" reading teaching. It will discuss the dialogue substance of reading teaching through analyzing the relationship between reading teaching and dialogue; emphasize that both the students and the context are the core of reading teaching. Meanwhile, from the perspectives of process, principle and method, this author will discuss how to implement the "Students- Context Dialogue" during reading teaching process in order to improve students' reading ability. The "Students- Context Dialogue", however, does not mean that the teacher can be absent during the process. To the contrary, the teacher is a major actor.
