The process of study is a process of thinking or reflecting, reflection is essential to study. Without essential reflection, students couldn't understand something better and improve themselves. Training students' reflecting ability is meaningful, which can help lay a good foundation for their lifelong learning. Reflecting ability has 4 basic characteristics such as examination, contrary, exploration, creativity which play an important role in English studying. By investigating students' status of the language learning of two high schools in Jian'ou, I find that High school students' reflecting on language learning is generally rather weak. Below are the 3 reasons. First, most students are lack of reflecting awareness; Second, teachers didn't pay enough attention to it or even worse. Third, their parents know little about it, and are hard to supervise and guide them.Teachers should have a system strategy to improve the learning ability of students, guide and train the students consciously. According the problems they faced, teachers should formulate relevant learning strategies. Then teachers can train the students according to certain plans during classes. It turns out that these students' language reflecting ability has improved a lot and got significant progress in study. The experimental results show the training strategy is effective. I preliminary summarize some training strategies of reflection such as students reflect on the deep edge enhancement, teachers guide the students to actively reflect, training students' basic language reflecting ability, asking them to reflect on their own, students writing diaries about learning act ivies, building language learning files, and conducting self-evaluation activities.
