| Research on learning strategies is a popular subject of educational psychology in recent years. It is a key factor of learning abilities. Strengthening students' learning strategies, helping students learn to study and cultivating learning abilities are important approaches to finish the essential task of education.With the popularization of higher education, the higher vocational education has become more and more important and grandness. For the teaching and learning methods of higher vocational education, it's study has been imperative under the situation. In recent years, many secondary specialized schools have upgraded to higher vocational schools. These vocation students are greater in quantity than in quality. Their learning abilities are too poor to adapt themselves to study in the higher vocational school. The aim of the present study was to solve this problem.Questionnaire investigation and contrasting experiment are the main methods in the research. The level and the relationship between consisting factors of the vocation students' learning strategies were analyzed and statisticed. Based on the foundation, two random classes were chose to the contrasting experiment. Namely, the experimental students were trained by learning strategies combine with biology teaching, the other didn't. After one year, theresults showed that the learning strategies levels were significantly increased in the experimental students when compared to the control group; there was a positive correlation between the learning strategies levels with the study results. The results could provide reference guidance of the teaching and learning methods for the higher vocational teachers and students. At the same time, the results could reinforce the previous research on learning strategies in our country, then lay a foundation for students continual learning and life education in the future. |
