At present, economic and technology got rapid development, the computer as an important tool has been widely used in all walks of life. The ability to apply it has become one of indispensable skill workers. The course of Basics of Computer Applications is the important basis of higher vocational students’ further study related knowledge and the application of computer after work. However, due to the particularity of higher vocational education, student sources, beginning level differences, combined with the current teaching mode is monotonous, student’s study enthusiasm is not high, the whole course of teaching situation is not ideal. Cooperative learning as a teaching form which now widely advocated that can help make up for the inadequacy of traditional teaching form.A series of achievements in the teaching practice of primary and secondary schools. This study try to use it for the teaching of the Basics of Computer Applications in higher vocational, the analysis of what kind of content in this course is suitable for cooperate learning, what major cooperative learning implementation strategy in the course.Then carries on the teaching design, to teach the course of Basics of Computer Applications in higher vocationa based on cooperative learning that in order to improve the teaching effect of the whole course.In this paper, the first chapter is the introduction, introducing the research background as well as the method of content. The second chapter is an overview of related research foundation, including the connotation of cooperative learning, theoretical basis and the characteristics of the cooperative learning classroom.The third chapter is about the teaching plan design of the based on the concept of cooperative learning, including an introduction about the Basics of Computer Applications and teaching present condition analysis, in the perspective of knowledge classification on the analysis of the course content and the cooperation with the matching strategy, and has carried on the teaching design.The fourth chapter is the teaching practice in the course of Basics of Computer Applications based on the cooperative learning.The fifth chapter is the analysis of teaching effect of Basics of Computer Applications that based on the cooperative learning. The last chapter is summary and prospect for the research.On the basis of the design and practice, through the analysis, in the higher vocational " Basics of Computer Applications " focuses on the content part of procedural and strategic knowledge to carry out the cooperation study, using help master and collaborative cooperation under the implementation strategy.It can help to improve the classroom atmosphere and the interest, improve learners course grade, cultivate and promote cooperation ability, from a certain extent, solve the problem of the traditional classroom.
