Research On Problems And Solutions To The Educational Charge In Senior High School In China

This paper analyses the problems existing in the educational charge in senior high school and puts forward the ways to deal with them. To begin with, the paper introduces the extension and connotation of educational charge, the concepts of educational charge and educational costs in senior high school .And then continued with the comparative analysis and structural analysis of the present situation of educational charge and the components of education costs in senior high school in Quan Zhou district by investigation. On the basis of it, the paper carries out a further research into the problems and hereby designs the solutions in details. That is, firstly, strengthen the proper administration of educational charge, and, at the same time, put micro-manipulation of tuition in senior high school into practice. Secondly, adjust the standards of choosing schools gradually until finally abolish it. Thirdly, expand the scale of schools run by the local people. Fourthly, deploy education resources rationally so as to narrow the gap between key schools and ordinary schools. Fifthly, economize on expenditure,enhance the effectiveness of using education funds and carry out classified management of all kinds of expenditure. Then, standardize the management of education costs. Next, set up the audition system of the policy-making of educational charge. Finally, change the traditional ideas held by people.
