On Current Situation And Construction Countermeasures Of The P.E. Teaching Resources Of The Non-governmental Colleges And Universities Of Fujian Province

Along with the promulgation of Law of promoting private education of The People's Republic of China, the non-governmental colleges and universities develop quickly. In order to reflect the situation of P.E. teaching resources' construction of the non-governmental colleges and universities of Fujian province accurately and to provide the educational authorized departments with the theory basis for their decision-making, Based on the methods of document data, investigation, statistics and the comparative and logical analysis, the paper carries out the investigation and research on some of the non-governmental colleges and universities of Fujian province.The result indicates that the P.E. management system construction in the non-governmental colleges and universities is not perfect and the P.E. teachers' construction not reasonable which are represented by the unreasonable title structures and school record structures and the teachers hired from the other colleges are oversized and unstable; the number of the staff is seriously insufficient; the two-year basic teaching tasks can't be completed in time; their further study is delayed; their scientific researching ability is bad; the P.E. curriculum reform is not energetic; the years of physical education and the after-class sports training are seriously insufficient; the teaching content is monotonous; the teaching management is laxative; the construction of sports locations and teaching facilities are insufficient and all of these affect the P.E. education development.In view of above problems, the paper brings forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First, the governments should enhance support for the non-governmental colleges and universities to improve theircomprehensive strength. Second, the governments should transform their function and strengthen their service consciousness to promote the cooperation between the banks and the non-governmental colleges and universities and encourage and guide overseas investment on the non-governmental colleges and universities and help them to raise fund for their construction. Third, the educational authorized departments should enhance their macroscopic management on the P.E. education of the non-governmental colleges and universities and supervise and appraise their construction of P.E. teaching resources and give out the outcome. Fourth, the non-governmental colleges and universities should better their own P.E. teaching management system construction and strengthen their P.E. teachers' team. Fifth, fund for the P.E. education should be enlarged; teaching condition should be improved; the educational reform should be promoted and the teaching content should be expanded. It's suggested that the educational authorized departments should draw up 'the regulation of construction and evaluation on P.E. teaching resources of the non-governmental colleges and universities' as soon as possible and urge the non-governmental colleges and universities on their self-evaluation and self-improvement so that they can construct themselves to perfect themselves unceasingly.
