| At present,the trumpet of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation"has been sounded.Talents are the foundation of innovation,innovation entrepreneurship education,as an important tool for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,has received high attention from the state and society.In May 2010,the ministry of education has issued the opinions on promoting innovation entrepreneurship in institutions of higher learning education and independent entrepreneurial work of university students,the concept of "innovation entrepreneurship education has been formally adopted.In May 2010,the general office of the state council has issued the implementation opinions on deepening the reform of innovation entrepreneurship education in institutions of higher learning,the education reform of innovation entrepreneurship was systematically designed and fully deployed.In this context,In July 2015,the education department of Fujian issued the notice on deepening 16 measures of innovation entrepreneurship reform in colleges and universities,which made arrangements for the reform of innovation entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities of Fujian.In recent three years,the notice on the employment and entrepreneurship of graduates from ordinary colleges and universities issued by Fujian all proposed that all universities should carry out education innovation entrepreneurship throughout the whole process of talent training,and should implement and improve preferential policies for college graduates to start their own businesses,and support college graduates to start their own businesses and promote innovation entrepreneurship among college students.This paper mainly adopts literature research,investigation analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,and takes the study of innovation entrepreneurship education in universities in Fujian as the entry point to carry out the deployment of innovation entrepreneurship education reform in universities in Fujian.First,this paper mainly expounds the research background,the purpose and significance of the topic selection,the research summary and research methods at home and abroad Second,describe the development course of innovation entrepreneurship education in universities of Fujian,and then use the data of education of innovation entrepreneurship in universities of Fujian published by the education evaluation center of Fujian in 2017 and the report on the teaching quality of undergraduates of Fujian,analyzing the policy support,course system,service system,teacher team construction and fund investment of the current situation of innovation entrepreneurship education in universities of Fujian;then select 15 representative universities in Fujian the education evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship was established by entropy weight method,then evaluate the comprehensive ability of education in innovation entrepreneurship in Fujian universities,based on the research results,analyzes the problems of education innovation entrepreneurship in Fujian university by using the theories of government function theory and public policy analysis in public management theory,mainly includes:the formalization of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the lack of pertinence of innovation entrepreneurship education,the imperfect security mechanism of innovation entrepreneurship education,and the insufficient social participation of innovation entrepreneurship education,then objectively analyzed the causes of the problems,such as a bias in the cognition of innovation entrepreneurship education,a lack of specific support system for innovation entrepreneurship education,and a lack of a good innovation entrepreneurship environment.Finally,this paper puts forward the basic countermeasures of innovation entrepreneurship education in Fujian from three aspects of school,government and society,At the school level,we should change the concept of innovation entrepreneurship education,carry out innovation entrepreneurship education with various characteristics,and improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education system.At the government level,we should provide organizational and policy guarantees for innovation entrepreneurship education.At the social level,we should create a positive innovation entrepreneurship atmosphere,introduce third-party evaluation institutions to evaluate innovation entrepreneurship education,and mobilize social forces to create a public service platform for innovation entrepreneurship in Fujian. |
