Development And Construction Of Cheerleading Experimental Schools In Colleges And Universities In Fujian Research On Countermeasures

In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics and other research methods,the 5 universities have been selected:Xiamen University,Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,Xiamen University of Technology,Huaqiao University,Fujian Jiangxia University,conducted a detailed investigation and analysis from the experimental school selection of basic conditions,approved the construction of the objectives and requirements the construction and development of,etc.This paper analyzes the development and construction of Cheerleading experimental schools in Colleges and universities in Fujian Province,finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions.The aim is to provide some reference and reference for the further promotion and improvement of Fujian Cheerleading experimental school.The results of the study show that:1.The development and construction standards of labrador experimental school of ordinary planning of the Xiamen University without Cheerleading.3.The teaching staff of the normal universities in Fujian Province is weak and the number is small.Among the teachers,there is a high level coach referee and a gold medal tutor,and the largest number of teachers is fujian agriculture and forestry university(there are 5 teachers in the classroom).There are few opportunities for teachers to participate in training.Similarly,fujian agriculture and forestry university attaches great importance to teacher training,and the overall level of teachers is relatively high.The teacher's salary is basically the same as that of other subjects.4.In recent three years,the general capital investment of Fujian ordinary Cheerleading experimental school is on the rise.However,the single source of
