It is always a hot research subject when talking the Culture. As we all know, some of the theories, such as the ecology of human development and cultural psychology and cultural anthropology etc., already fully expound the great effect of the specified culture on specified people. The Article thoroughly studies the connotation of the above three theories and draws a conclusion that the national culture has great impact on its citizen, such kind of culture will not only affect the people's habits of life, ways of thinking and attitudes of value, but also come into being a certain nationality. Chinese people have a great brand of Chinese civilization as they living in the pool of the Chinese culture, such kind of culture has great influences on each Chinese. However, nowadays, Chinese children are facing totally different culture circumstance comparing with the previous ages. Since Chinese opening and reform together with the modernization, China already enjoy the globalization, thereafter, the Western attitudes of value and their culture now have great impact on our traditional attitudes and local culture as well. People are now seeking for self-worth and liberalism. The Chinese traditional impact seems to be weaken, on the contrary, the society's culture and attitude of value come to be more and more diversity.Meantime, there is a close relationship between the culture and the curriculum. The curriculum is set due to the requirement of the inheritance of the culture. If there is no culture, then there would be no curriculum. The essential of the curriculum is to teach a person based on the past and current, fixed and transeunt standards of socialization. Now, the changes of Chinese society culture already have the influence on the curriculums. According to today's curriculum, there is less and less content concerning the traditional culture and even less emphasis on the personal characters which should be emphasized by the traditional culture whereas more and more challenges on the tradition authority of the teachers. All such kind of influences and changes can be found in Chinese kindergarten curriculum. The Article investigates and samplings the story materials from the kindergarten curriculum of five provinces in China and then point out that although there is limited Chinese traditional stories in the kindergarten curriculum, such as allegory, fable and folktale etc, there is no specified culture orientation in Chinese kindergarten curriculum if only considering the sum of the stories. However, once sorting, grading and analyzing (SPSS) the story materials by some specified measure, the stories regarding the moral and emotion characters show obvious western culture orientation. In general, there is limited the foundation of Chinese traditional culture whereas obvious western culture orientation in Chinese kindergarten curriculum. The study of the Article gives some revelation for the reform of kindergarten curriculum and compilation of the kindergarten teaching materials.
