Pedagogic Researchers are the professional ones of the educational researchers. They must undertake the historic responsibilities to push the educational reform in practice and to reconstruct the educational theories.The society transformation is the main background for the pedagogic researchers to form the power to change their own existent style. In this complex, open, globlizational and informationizational Times, human's awareness of being subjective and life positive has come up, which is the soul of the times. It is this kind of awareness that makes the pedagogic researchers to face the difficulty and look for breakthrough.To reflect the role situation of the pedagogic researchers is the beginning of the existent transformation. In this research, the dimensions of being intellectuals and professional researchers are taken to analyze the situation. In the public area, the pedagogic researchers keep silent and in the knowledge area, they seem to be lowly, which are the lowliness for intellectuals. As professional researchers, they are rejected by the educational policy making and the educational practice area. The reasons of these difficulties are variable, but to go to the educational practice and reconstruct the educational theories are the basic solutions.To go to the educational practice is the turning point of the existent style transformation. The pedagogic researchers come out of the study room to go to the schools and change their own roles in practice area, that is to say they are not the stand-bys, but the cooperators with the school teachers. During this process, the change of language way is an important characteristic. The speakers' awareness of being subjective is strengthened, the barycenter of the dialogue is dropped down and the communication content focuses on educational life.To reconstruct the educational theories is the resulting of going to the educational practice, which also improve the value of existence of the pedagogic researchers. There are four main characteristics in the theories reconstruction. They are pursuing originality, breakthrough in methodology, awareness of school and the diversity of the educational expression.
