Since entering the new century, the traditional way of learning of students can not adapt to changes in society presents many disadvantages, in order to change this phenomenon, the curriculum reform carried out in places like a raging fire. Implementation of the reform of the "basic education curriculum reform outline (Trial)" explicitly pointed out that the task of changing the way of learning, encourage students in under the guidance of teachers actively, personalized learning, trains the student to form a new way of learning is independent, cooperation and explore ways of learning, gradually changing the traditional teaching "three centers" situation.Under the guidance of this paper at home and abroad about learning style theory, mainly based on the questionnaire survey, supplemented by interviews, Cheng County, Longnan City a primary school, high school students and some teachers is selected as the research object, with self-designed survey questionnaire and interview outline as a tool, deep into the first-line medicine students learning way to change the situation. Through the survey, it is found that in the current elementary school classroom exist: receptive learning is still the main means of learning for students; a new way of learning become a mere formality; teachers are lack of the guidance of the learning style of the students; students' subjectivity in the study did not reflect.Through the analysis of the results of the survey reveal influence student learning factors that change the way:teachers because part of the concept of teachers not to change and their ability to limit; students mainly pupils by the inertia of thinking and learning habits, the lack of questioning spirit and the lack of practice; school is mainly classroom and teaching facilities, lack of resources; social reason lies in the current evaluation system based on the examinations, parents only the value of student achievement. Finally, based on the teaching theory and practice experience, put forward the corresponding countermeasure to the problems: first of all, teachers should strive to transform teaching concepts, positive change in their roles, and establish a new evaluation view, strengthen guidance and help to the students learning and application of small class problem research study; secondly, the school has to innovation of examination and evaluation methods, enrich and perfect teaching facilities and resources, strengthening the training of teachers, smaller class sizes; finally, the strategies of the social aspects, one is to attach great importance to family education, strengthen home school build, the second is the deep social class, the sublimation of the school and family education.
