The feature and the formation of the running college are the main subject in this thesis. Since there are a lot of discuss on the features so had the broad groundwork. The culture is chosen as the angle of view in this thesis. Given that the feature is looked as an excellent culture which just belongs to the college, deducing the formation of the feature i.e. the formation of the unique culture. Meanwhile trying to explain the formation of running feature of Higher college from the three phases of the choice, the updating and the optimizing of the culture.The three phases including: the first phase is taken the "essence as of a culture body by an error erases it together", which is the beginning of a new kind culture; in the second phase, the update of culture and the foundation of a new culture is a step-by-step process which also contain the process of the change from quantities to qualitative. It is through the update that re-found a more adaptable new culture, and with the elaborate foster, speeding the construction of a featured college; and the new construction is not the ending of the culture's development, but must return to the practice of teaching and education, bearing the undergo and test of practice, finally realize the renew and re-recantation and the college culture.The core of the thesis is to describe the form process of the features, analyzing what are the experiences and barriers by applying the formation theory of the culture into the specific case. On one side, it shows a clear picture of the formation of H college ' feature, whose success and problem would give a reference to the others. On another side, afford a new theory support by the discuses on the feature of running college on the view of culture.
