With the progressive implements of new curriculum reforms in our primary and middle schools, teacher's professional improvement is becoming more and more important, reflective teaching is studied and used as an efficient way to promote teacher's professional improvement.I took part in S school's study of teaching. My paper is based on the content which was discussed in the study. I analyzes cases from teacher's reflection in class, morality, theory and about student, and my study indicates that reflective teaching is a good way to improve teacher's profession. But at the same time, pointing out that this way is not plain sailing, it still has many problems. In order to solve these problems,. Besides teacher's effort, they need support from school and society.At last, I conclude my study and reflect it, putting forward some problems which need to be studied further. There are some other effective ways to reflect, for example, teacher could reflect from classroom video and communicating with accompanier. All kinds of good ways should be integrated in practice.
