The Research Of Distribution Of Incomes For National Extraordinary Athletes And Coaches

The income distributing system for extraordinary athletes and coaches has changed gradually with the reform of economy system. However, it is still necessary to refine the income distributing system for extraordinary athletes and coaches due to the rapid changes of epoch and social environment. This paper presents the theoretical and practical issues about the income distributing system for extraordinary athletes and coaches through literature research, questionnaires, focused interview, on-the-spot investigation, comparisons and analysis. First, it will give the definition of a reward system and confirm the positive effect of reward for extraordinary athletes and coaches, and then it will provide the findings after analyzing the current income distributing system, which are: the current income distributing system for athletes and coaches doesn't embody the special features of sports career; there is paucity of laws and regulation for national government as well as local government although the national government provides reward for Olympic Games; there is lack of effective government regulation for social reward which is the supplement for government reward; the regulations for reward in all kinds of competitions need to be enhanced; there is no specific policy for the distribution of incomes in single event association; the specific and different characters of income system are widely accepted among people and society, but there is no uniform criteria providing for the process of accepting reward and rate of distribution; there is no practical regulation for the use of athletes'and coaches'human dignity identification and incomes from advertisement although the property right and income from advertisement are accepted; the distribution of incomes is random and blind although there is proper gap between vocational and professional athletes as well as coaches; the reward standard needs to be lift up or supplying with compensation due to the humanity measures are just the supplement of the income system. Finally, this paper provides some tentative plans to further construction and refine of the income distributing system for extraordinary athletes and coaches together with the suggestions for constructing incorporeal property system, regulating incomes of athletes and coaches and taxation issues. The research analysis the problems and causes of incomes distributing system for athletes and coaches which aim to provide some useful suggestions and foundation based on the study on existing situation.
