The Research On The College's Income Distribution System Reformation

Human capital is the most active and critical competitive element in the era of knowledge economy. With the progress of science technology, the position of human capital is continuously improved. Human capital will surely involve in the distribution of the income. The embody and the realization of the human capital in individual income distribution contribute to the formation and accumulation, and even to the great prospect of the national economy. Ensuring the rational benefit of the human capital in the internal requirement for the bettering the theory of our income distribution and perfecting income distribution system. Higher education is the prime mover of the country development. The situation of higher education development connects the national fate and economical development. The higher educational income distribution system is one of the most important problems of our country higher educational reformation and development. The college 'fund is appropriated funds by the country in the planed economy system. It is called distribution according to work, but in fact it is average ism. Recently the government emphasizes educational status in economy construction. The teacher's life is improved so much, but there is the disparity between the teacher and the other vocation. These reasons reduce the teacher's working positivity and the college's energy. With our county's economical system reformation and possession system's adjusting, economical system appears the public-owned and several economical components. Then distribution according to work in the college should endow with new characteristics. Human capital value is the base of the human capital owner income, but it is difficult to confirm the human capital, which lead to that the traditional and active college income distribution system can not embody the human capital value. The college income distribution system should embody the human capital value in knowledge economic. So the college income distribution system reformation should analyze human capital value.The paper is made of four chapters. First I research the college income distribution system's theory basis. It is human capital theory and income distribution theory. Then I research the college human capital and income distribution system. Then I select Hunan Engineer College's income distribution reformation case and analyze the reformation situation. Finally I try to explore a kind of new reformation mode about the college income distribution system from the point of human capital.
