There have been larger changes in many facets of the new round mathematics courses' reformation. Compared with "a general outline", "the standard of the mathematics courses for the common senior high schools (testing edition)"(abbreviate to "standard") has many changes in the idea. "Probability statistics" is one of the important parts in the senior high schools' mathematics courses. Because of the changes in the standard's idea, there must be great differences in the teaching material. The teaching material is the primary gist for the teachers' work. For the probability statistics under the standard in the senior high schools(abbreyiate to new teaching material), what is different from that under the general outline (abbreviate to old teaching material)? In order to grasp the basic idea of the senior high schools' new courses reformation in time, we studies the choose, layout and Probability statistics' fashion of "the standard of the mathematics courses for the common senior high schools", comparing with "a general outline" using comparison method and literature method.Though the study, we get the following conclusions: new teaching material pays more attention to the three dimensional teaching object that is knowledge and technique, process and method, sensibility, attitude and values. It pays more attention to cultivate the thought of the random and the idea of the stochastic. It pays more attention to combine the courses with the modern information technology. New courses use the aggregate language and the aggregate operation in the stochastic. It also infiltrated by the aggregate thought. So we scan and think about the teaching strategy of the probability statistics.Because of the big changes in the new teaching material, teachers should change the education idea and improve their teaching fashion in their teaching of the new Probability statistics. They inducts students to experience the explored process and enjoy the success fun; develop problem studying; cultivate students' innovation consciousness; take notice of digging mathematics' history, infiltrate mathematics' culture. We should widely use the mathematics' software, improve implement the courses.
