Classroom management is an important factor that makes classroom teaching activity go smoothly. Effective classroom management shows great and direct significance not only in improving the teaching quality, but also in promoting the physical and mental development of the students. Teachers, acting as leading functions, are responsible for classroom management, and their managing behaviors show important influence on classroom teaching. Therefore, the author carry on the research from teacher's classroom administrative behaviors including teacher's self-management, classroom environment management (physical environment and psychological environment), teaching management and student management.This research , using analystic method, questionnaire survey , interview and observation, take some teachers as the object of study, handing out 360 student questionnaires ,140 teacher questionnaires in all, making 35 class observations and interviewing teachers and students 65 times. After sorting out and analyzing effective questionnaires, observation records and interview records ,it is discovered that most teachers in the school have misbehaviors in classroom management to varying degrees, mainly displaying in several aspectsThe research discovered that factors of affecting teacher classroom management misbehaviors include two big aspects, the internal causes and the external causes. The internal causes are educational ideas and teaching concepts, teaching design, managing experience, knowledge levels and specialized accomplishments, teacher's individual characteristics (sex, age, teaching years, school recording, professional titles and so on). The external factors are class scale and their characteristics, school culture and test system, community culture and so on.The core principle of the new curriculum is "for the sake of the development of each student". The new classroom management in the new curriculum should carry out the core principle and create better conditions for students' persistent development. And teachers should set up up-to-date classroom management concepts whose final goal is to promote the full-scale healthy development of each student; whose foundational goal is to create an equal and harmonious teaching atmosphere; whose core goal is to improve teaching and educational quality. Therefore, in classroom management teachers should strengthen self-management in the first place. They should also improve teaching environment by creating a fair, respectful, relaxing, active and harmonious atmosphere. Apart from these , teachers should promote classroom communication and association, develop emotional education, exert functions of classroom assessment and practise teaching wits cleverly, so as to improve classroom management and hence to realize all targets of classroom management in the end.
