High school education is an important part bridging the basic education and highereducation. The teaching quality of high school classroom management plays a great part inthe level of China’s higher education and personnel training standard. With the wave of NewCurriculum reform booming national wide, great changes have occurred in the field of highschool classroom teaching management, ranging from the definition of teaching target,curriculum structure, teaching methods and ways of evaluation. How to promote highschool’s new curriculum reform scientifically and effectively and structure the strategies ofclassroom teaching management is the problem that every high school educator should ponderover.The essay consists of the introduction, the problems of high school classroom teachingmanagement, the new requirements presented by new curriculum reform as well as the studyof high school classroom teaching strategies, four parts in total.On the basis of summarizing the existing research results, the first part of the papermainly talks about the origin of the research; the related concepts of classroom teachingmanagement and the research’s theoretical and practical meanings.The second part of the paper is based on my own work experience. Combined with realdata analysis, I will analyze the problems of high school classroom teaching managementfrom the following aspects. There are the cognition of relative concepts, students’ classroombehaviors, teaching environment, the relationship between teachers and students and theevacuation system of high school teaching management. The existing problems are as follows:the misunderstanding of classroom teaching management, the rigid management mode andteaching method, the sequencing teaching procedure, Poor classroom teaching environmentand the imperfect classroom teaching management evaluation system.Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform, this part mainly covers the followingfour areas, namely management concepts, management models, classroom behavior treatmentand ways of maintaining discipline.The last part of the paper, I will illustrate high school’s teaching management strategiesaccording to the following parts. Convert teaching management idea, improve managers’ management ability, Rich teaching organization form, Establish good relationship betweenteachers and students, shaping a good classroom teaching environment and structure adiversified evaluation system.
