Even though it has been eight years since the enforcement of senior new curriculum in2004in Guangdong Province, it is not quite satisfied in realizing and accomplishing the goal of emotion, attitude and values emphasized in senor new curriculum of ideological and political class. This thesis aims to solve existing problems in realizing goals in line with teaching practice to study from a new perspective of detailed decomposition of the general goal of emotion, attitude and values in selective curriculum Economics Commonsense. This thesis, which is guided by Bloom’s objective classification of emotional education theory and Eisner’s expressive objectives theory, is to explore into the significances of classroom teaching specification and goal decomposition by referring to the specific contents in the teaching materials in each class. By way of three-level specification, this thesis makes a research on classroom teaching decomposition on the curriculum goals of emotion, attitude and values, at the same time, it formulates the operational specification goals of each class in Economics Commonsense. This thesis follows the cognitive laws of emotion teaching in addition to adhere to the guidance of constructivism theory and makes an investigation into the teaching strategies in realizing the goal of emotion, attitude and values. It has been pointed out in this thesis that the basic requirements in putting the strategy into practice are to improve the political teachers’ emotional education accomplishment, to create a harmonious and amicable interpersonal environment, to relieve the learning burden of senior students, to adopt reasonable class evaluation. This thesis proposes five basic approaches in realizing teaching strategies, namely affection teaching method, literary monologue teaching method, experiential "activity" teaching method, situated or anchored instruction method and explored teaching method.
