This thesis studies the state and its problems of classroom management in Junior high school in which the New Curriculum is implemented. According to the new demand arisen by the New Curriculum, the author constructs the aim of classroom management and analyses its characteristics in Junior high school under the new situation. Based on relative theories, the author puts forward eight classroom management strategies, such as harmonious circumstance creating, classroom routine making, education resource optimizing, personal communicating, time managing, behavior adjusting, self-supervision directing, and educational evaluation reforming.
