With the growing demand for improving competitive ability of the enterprise , it is inevitable that enterprise schools will under the management of local government .All schools in Lanlian which were transferred to the local goverment on August 16,2004 are in the transition period .This also has widely attracted public attention on teaching quality .After half of a century's development from scratch, education in Lanlian is from weak to strong. It is an integral part and maintains the quality of education and teaching in the forefront of Lanzhou, even GanSu province. It also has won the trust of parents and recognized by society.As far as the teaching management, it pursuits the unification and facilitate the competitive platform for its schools. It also adhere to the "Five-assessment investigation," "Five Awards"; sum up the process of teaching ,find the experience and problems in teaching, and build inspecting the quality of teaching information feedback system by which examination and revision of the original teaching program and system improvement measures are taken. LanlianZongXiao(LLZX) plays in the overall research and research strengths to achieve the best teaching and research each other's advantages to the school-based teaching. and research focus to the research as carriers upgrade the teaching and research capacity. .The management in Senior Grade Three is goal-oriented work in the organic process, and focus on the enthusiasm of the students, the college entrance examination and scientific, artistic and services.The continuous improvement of teaching quality are related to the enterprises' management culture , high salary for the teachers, and macroscopic management of Lanlian Zong Xiao.The LLZX has formed the following characteristics in the long-term school management process: First the influence of the enterprise culture is extremely profound to the education. The teachers are self-respect, self-confident, enjoyable in the enterprise's big environment. Second,in the education teaching work process,they are brave,responsible, and successful. "Creates the good result for the unit, the unit struggled the benefit for me"is the team spirit of LLZX. Third,establish a "quality first" thinking; established "service-oriented" education philosophy. 2, Play an important role in the overall management. 3 Sufficient funding used has greater autonomy. These features are unmatched in other schools.Since entering the transitional period, The LLZX has some problems which will affect the quality of teaching.According to the analysis on the elements of teaching quality in Lanlian schools,, we can see that if we didn't pay much attention on this issue and take the reasonable measures after transition ,it would play a negative role in teaching quality. The main influential factors are: management, teachers, and students.Therefore, we should take the following steps to maintain its teaching quality after transition: 1. All the schools in Lanlian should explore positively and try to find out inside and outside factors to improve teaching quality . Meanwhile, fully exert the management superiority of Lanlian and adapt the local authority's management.2. The local authority should seek common ground while maintaining difference, absorb the advantages of enterprise schools and take these as the turning point to develop the elementary and secondary education in Lanzhou.
