The Study On The Education Of The Sense Of Choosing Employment Of The Undergraduates In China Today.

With the reform of employment system of our colleges and universities, nowadays, the sense of choosing employment of the undergraduates in our country is at the turning point----the old sense of choosing employment is faced with the danger of collapse and the new and mature one hasn't been established. The undergraduates'evaluation and choice of employment become more complicated and changeable than ever before. Therefore, the contents and ways of the education of the sense of choosing employment are also faced with new challenge.In new period, what problem is it, the education of the sense of choosing employment of the undergraduates in our country, going to solve? We used to think it's just to provide valuable information on employment for the students, to teach them how to find jobs and train skills for employment, so to help them get a so-called good job. But in practice, they do not feel satisfied and are always troubled by confusion and impetuosity. This thesis, named The Study on the Education of the Sense of Choosing Employment of the Undergraduates in China Today, which is proposed under such circumstances, mainly discusses the problems existing in the education and puts forward the thoughts and strategies to reinforce the education. It is theoretically and practically meaningful for the development of employment work for the graduates in colleges and universities. The content of this thesis includes four parts:First, The deep meaning of the sense of choosing employment of the undergraduates and the education of this sense. In this part, the author develops the meaning of the sense of choosing employment of the undergraduates and the education of this sense, and analyzes the historical evolution of the sense of choosing employment of the undergraduates and the subjects of the education of this sense.Second, The main factors affecting the sense of choosing employment of the undergraduates and theanalysis of the forming and developing of this sense. In the author's opinion, there are two factors affecting the sense of choosing employment of the undergraduates----positive and negative factors. And currently, the forming and developing of the sense of choosing employment of the undergraduates are deeply affected by society, comprehensive quality of the undergraduates. Third, The current situation of the education of the sense choosing employment and the analysis of the problems existing in it. In this part, the author describes the accomplishment in the education and systematically analyze the problems existing in it.Fourth, The necessity and countermeasure for strengthening the education of the sense of choosing employment of the undergraduates in our country. The author describes that the education of the sense of choosing employment has important meaning, which is in favour of scientifically programming their professional goals and of their development and growth. In the education, we must perfect the goal of education, stick to the basic principle, build up the content system, create new methods, optimize the environment, purse the best result of education.
