Research In Undergraduate's Employment Of Western Major Universities Under Popularization Of Higher Education

The popularization of higher education it is an inevitable stage of the development of modern education. Higher education is not equivalent to vocational education, and may not provide graduates good jobs. All colleges and universities should confirm the main function of higher education is to cultivat high-quality modern civilized people. Of course, the popularization of higher education impacts the employment of undergraduate students indeed. Therefore, under the circumstance of the popularization of higher education, the employment of college undergraduates become the social focus.The western pivot universities'location and particularity environment induces the undergraduates from these universities suffering more from employment pressure than those from the universities in economically developed region. Therefore, this paper will summarize the external environment and internal environment of colleges and university's' undergraduate in western region. and summed up the factors which impact employment of college undergraduates. These include the socio-economic development, industrial structure, employment policies of higher education and training quality management (credit, professional setting, career planning, etc.), investment in higher education resources, and non-rational concept of employment and so on. Through the analysis of these factors, we put forward countermeasure to employment problems of the undergraduate in western region.Finally, the study on the employment problems of university undergraduate students in western region would promote economic development and industrial restructuring speed, and improve the implementation capacity of policy in western region, and improve the students cultivating model and teaching system, and promote universities and relevant departments to enhance students individual career planning, and, finally, attract the public concern to correct the inaccuracy cognition of the public to higher education.
